Support partnership agreements

Edafio's Support Partnership Agreement (SPA) provides proactive support for your business and staff by providing system administration, on-call support and day-to-day system monitoring. This basic support plan identifies the scope of service hours for a flat monthly fee. Typically, this includes:

In addition SPA clients receive 7x24 system monitoring. With this capability we are able to monitor our SPA client‘s Servers, internet access, e-mail (Exchange), and several other services to determine the health of your system. When one of your systems or services has a failure it shows up on a monitor in our office and more importantly a text message is sent to our engineering staff to alert them that you have a problem. In many cases we will know that you have a problem before you do, and we will take the appropriate action to correct the malfunction without waiting for a call.
